Sandra Ophus

Sandra Denise Ophus, affectionately known as "Mimi," left us Saturday, November 29, 2025, at the age of 60, in the comfort of her home in Lewistown, Montana, surrounded by her loving family. Born on January 24, 1965, in Pico Rivera, California, Sandra was a light in the lives of her parents, Charles and Judith “Honey” (Davis) Clark.

Her life was defined by love, resilience, and devotion to her family. Before embracing her favorite role as a beloved mother and grandmother, Sandra made her mark as a waitress in the restaurant industry, where her warmth and smile brightened the days of many.

Sandra is survived by her daughter, Misty Ophus of Lewistown, MT; her son Nicholas Ophus (Kristine) of Lewistown, MT; her treasured grandchildren Perris, Moxen, and Alicen, who will carry forward her legacy of love; and her siblings Stephanie, Shane, Jon, and Joshua.

She was preceded in death by her beloved mother, “Honey” Clark and her father, Charles Clark.

A celebration of her life will be held at a later time.
