Mevne Ellen Frank, 68, of Buffalo, passed away Monday, March 3, 2025, at her residence. She was born on February 22, 1957, in Missoula, to her parents Cecil and Beverly (Patterson) Gilmore.
Burial will be held at the Buffalo Cemetery. Memorial services will be held at a later date.
