Jessie M. Brown

Jessie M. Brown 65 of Lewistown died Monday evening, February 15^th, 2021 at her home of natural causes.  She was born July 12, 1955 in Lewistown, MT the daughter of Merris K. and Helen C. (Jones) Brown.  She received her schooling in Winifred graduating in 1975.  She then moved away returning to Winifred in 1980.  She worked as a CNA in Lewistown and then in 1990 moved to Idaho and worked as a cook returning to Lewistown in 1994.  She found her soul mate Claude Cox and they lived various places as he worked in the logging industry.  They settled in Lewistown in the late 1990's. 

Claude died in December of 2020.

Jessie enjoyed canning, going to yard sales, crafts and spending time with her family.

She is survived by two daughters (Brandon) Pace in Mississippi and Mariah (Travis) Wade of Lewistown, MT; two grandchildren Joseph Riley and Zhoe Wade.

Graveside services for Jessie M. Brown and Claude C. Cox will be Tuesday, February 23^rd, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. in the Veterans Section of the Lewistown City Cemetery.  Cremation has taken place with the Cloyd Funeral Home assisting the family.
