Gladys Carnahan

January 11, 1937 — November 9, 2023

Gladys M. Carnahan, 86, of Lewistown, formerly of Great Falls, passed away Thursday, November 9, 2023 at the Riverstone Hospice House in Billings with her daughters by her side. She was born to her parents Walter and Lillian Jefcoat on January 11, 1937 in Durango, Colorado.

Gladys married Jerry Maloney in 1953. They had six children together.

Gladys was a hard-working woman, compassionate, loving and always giving. Being addicted to cleanliness and we always kidded her about being a drill sergeant giving everything the "White Glove Treatment!" Gerald says she'd be the one with the scrub brush in one hand and bottle of pine sol in the other, scrubbing the Stairway to Heaven!

She is survived by her children: Denise (Bruce) Boothe, Jim, Gene (Sheila), Debra Brady (Tom), Gerald and his ranching partner, Melody Harding, and Mike.

Great Grandchildren surviving are BJ and Blaine Boothe, Janiece, Jeffrey, and Christian Maloney, Amber Engler. Great grandchildren are Giada and Lily Maloney, Logan Strom and Archer Maloney.
