Gabriel E. Hagens

February 21, 1964 — October 29, 2021

Gabriel Hagens, 57 of Great Falls, MT died at Peace Hospice on Friday, October 29, 2021 of prostate and bone cancer. He is now at peace and pain free.  Hallelujah! God be praised! Mr. Hagens was born February 21, 1964 in Prince George's County, Maryland, to William Edward and Dorothy Louise Hagens.

He attended Bellevue East High School in Bellevue, Nebraska. Gabe worked at Payless Furniture from 1987 to 2019, and considered everyone there to be extended family.  Their love and kindness towards Gabe will always be very appreciated.

Gabe's hobbies included football, (being a dedicated Washington Football Team fan), fishing, boating, cooking, RV's and his crew of kitty cat buddies.

He married LaVonne Hagens December 31, 1991 and they had their only son, Zachery Hagens, whom Gabe will love forever and ever.

Gabe is survived by his son Zachery; his siblings: Lisa Pitt, Iris Hagens, Karl Hagens, Malissa McSpadden, Shantel McSpadden, and Charles McSpadden, his endearing love Marcella Scotson and Penny Parce, Bonnie Root, Judy Presnel, and many other nieces, nephews, and friends who loved and supported him.

Gabe is preceded in death by his parents and sisters, Wanda Hagens, and India McSpadden.

Gabe's final words were: Live wise, live once, and get the best education that you can.
