Darlene Sue Thomas 74 of Lewistown died Saturday afternoon, September 12th, 2020 at her home of natural causes. She was born April 18, 1946 in Miami, FL the daughter of Eldridge (Tony) and Meredith (Triplett) Cordoza. She received her schooling and graduated from Immokalee School in Florida and attended college.

She worked many jobs while raising six (6) children, worked as a CNA for 25 years and the last several years she worked and lived with the love of her life, her husband Ken, in Yellowstone in the summers.

She was an avid pool player, enjoyed playing cards, darts and softball in her younger years.

She was a Girl Scout Leader, a member of the Women of the Moose, the Eagles Auxiliary. VNEA and the Catholic Church.

She is survived by her husband Ken of Lewistown; sons Joel Bennett of Billings, MT, John Bennett of Cascade, MT and Chris Heiser of Lewistown, MT; daughters Connie (Berry) Sonnenberg of Belgrade, MT, Jessica (Sean) Foster of Roundup, MT and Crystal Heiser of Lewistown, MT; brother Donny (Lynn) Wilksman of Pomona, NJ and Carl Graff of Palm Beach, FL; 19 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her mother, one brother Ralph, step-father and one granddaughter Mercedes Bennett.

A Celebration of Life for Darlene Sue Thomas will be Saturday, October 10th, 2020 at 1:30 p.m. at the Moose Lodge in Lewistown. Cremation has taken place with the Cloyd Funeral Home assisting the family.
