No services for Nancy L. Smith-Thomas will be held at this time.  Cremation has taken place.  Cloyd Funeral Home & Cremation Service is assisting the family with arrangements.

Nancy L. Smith-Thomas, 69 of Lewistown MT, died suddenly on Wednesday, June 16, 2010 at her home of natural causes.  Nancy was born on November 18, 1940 to Albert and Rachel (Henry) Haight in Oneida, New York.  She grew up in Pomona California where she attended school and graduated in 1958 from Pomona High School.  She loved doing crafts, reading and her garden.

She is survived by her loving husband, Ken Thomas of Lewistown, MT; two children, Donna (David) Fleming of Palm Desert, CA and Kenneth Smith of Natchitoches, LA; her mother, Rachel Byron of Lewistown, MT; two sisters, Jean (Charles) Neilson of Rancho Cucamonga, CA and Vicki (Mike) Guger of Indianapolis, IN; two brothers, John (Mary) Haight of Lewistown, MT and Howard (Kathy) Haight of Indianapolis, IN; one grandson, David Flemming of Palm Desert, CA and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Albert Haight and one son, David Smith.

Friends are asked to make memorials to the American Heart Association and may be left at the Cloyd Funeral Home.
